Password Retrieval Steps:
1.Open the SmartProxy.org login page and click the "Forgot Password" below.
2.On the redirected page, enter the email address you provided during registration and click "Send."A verification code will be sent to your email within approximately 60 seconds. Please enter the code in the corresponding field, then set and confirm your new password.
3.Once completed, click "Submit" and you will be automatically redirected to the login page.
4.Return to the login page, enter your email address and newly set password, and click "Log in" to complete your password reset.
Password Change Steps:
1.Visit the SmartProxy.org login page and enter your account and password, or select "Log in with Google" to access the platform.
2.After successfully logging in, click your username in the upper-right corner of the page and select "Personal Center" to access the account management interface.
3.On the account interface, click the "My Account" and find "Change Password."
4.After clicking "Send," a verification code will be sent to your registered email address. Enter the verification code and set a new password, confirming it again.
5.Click "Reset Password" to complete the change. The system will automatically redirect you to the login page, where you can log in with your new password.
